Onze WORKSHOPS zijn te boeken maandag tot en met donderdag van 10 tot 16 personen en zondagmiddag van 12 tot 16 personen om exclusief met je eigen groep, familie, vrienden of collega’s een culinaire middag of avond te beleven. Is je groep kleiner, geen probleem dan passen we de prijs pp aan. We koken met pure ingrediënten zoveel mogelijk biologisch en rechtstreeks uit Griekenland alles bereid met onze eigen GRIEKSE EXTRA VERGINE OLIJFOLIE, veel lokale bio groenten en mooi natuurvlees, en duurzame vis. Wil je geheel VEGAN kan dat zeker ook. De genoemde prijzen zijn exclusief drankjes, maar wil je een drankenbudget bepalen kan dit ook van tevoren besproken worden. Deelname is vanaf eur 59, – pp voor de LEMON & SALT lunch- of diner workshop, mede afhankelijk voor het door jou gekozen menu.

Our WORKSHOPS can be booked on Monday to Thursday from 10 to 16 persons and on Sunday afternoon from 12 to 16 persons exclusively with your own group, to enjoy a culinary afternoon or evening with your family, friends or colleagues. If your group is smaller, no problem we adjust the price pp. We cook with pure ingredients, mostly organic and OF Greek origin, always with our own ORGANIC GREEK EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL and lots of organic veggies, natural pasture meat and sustainable fish. If you prefer all VEGAN that is also possible. The prices mentioned do not include drinks, but if you want to determine a budget, this can also be discussed in advance. Participation is from eur 59,- pp for the LEMON & SALT lunch or diner workshop, also depending on the menu options you choose.

Bij aankomst eerst een heerlijk glas Griekse Olympus bergthee (warm of koel) met een hartig hapje en dan samen met je gezelschap op ontdekkingstocht de keuken in. We gaan allerlei zoete en hartige lekkernijen maken zoals bijvoorbeeld spanakopita, tiropita, tiganites, kolokithopita, bougatsa, revani of kourabiedes waar je samen van gaat smullen. Blijft er wat lekkers over, neem je het gezellig mee om thuis na te genieten. Deze workshop is erg populair om samen met kinderen te doen.
On arrival, first a delicious glass of Greek Olympus mountain tea (warm or cool) with a savory snack and then into the kitchen to explore it with your party. We shall make a choice of sweet and salty treats such as spanakopita, tiropita, tiganites, kolokithopita, bougatsa, revani or kourabiedes that you can enjoy together. If there will be some goodies left over you can take them with you to enjoy at home. This workshop is very populair to do with kids.

Je kunt voor deze workshop van tevoren zelf bepalen welke gerechten je gaat maken. We gaan allerlei zoete en hartige lekkernijen maken zoals bijvoorbeeld kolokithokeftedes, dolmadakia, chortapita, midia saganaki, kotopoulo lemonato, patates fournou, choriatiki salata, tzatziki, revani, moussaka, stifado, jemista, bougatsa en nog veel meer keus waar je samen van gaat smullen. En blijft er wat lekkers over, neem je het gezellig mee om thuis na te genieten. Deze workshop is heel populair om samen met vrienden, familie of collega’s te doen.
